The Mirka® DEOS 343XCV is the most compact sander in the Mirka® DEOS range of electric orbital sanders. Designed for sanding windows, doors, and frames and performing correction work on wood filler, especially in hard-to-reach places. The tool’s compact size, light weight and optimized ergonomics give it high maneuverability and help deliver a comfortable, precise, and efficient sanding performance. Provides clean, dust-free sanding when combined with a Mirka® dust extraction system. This small and light sander is naturally equipped with a brushless motor, and speed is easily controlled via a lever. There are two operating modes, as well as a separate on/off switch for easy and safe handling. Mirka® DEOS features an integrated vibration sensor and Bluetooth low energy technology. The vibration sensor makes it possible to monitor vibration levels through the myMirka app.

The Groove Interface Pad is used for precise sanding of grooves and indentations. Twelve pre-cut ½” segments per pad allow you to customize the width of the interface pad to fit your moldings. With 84 total extraction holes, the pad supports dust-free sanding. Choose soft or medium density depending on the material and design to be sanded. Simply detach as many segments as needed, attach them to the Mirka® DEOS 343XCV 3” x 4” electric sander, and cover the sanding pad with Mirka’s Abranet® or Abranet® Ace 3” x 4” abrasive strips. Provides a unique, efficient, dust-free method for a consistently smooth finish.

Ultimax® Ligno is a unique abrasive tailored for wood sanding. The hourglass abrasive pattern with premium grains gives a fast and even cut. Its dust channels lead to Mirka Multifit extraction holes to take control of dust, keeping the abrasive grains cutting. As air circulates under the abrasive it reduces heat during sanding – an important benefit to avoid turning wood dust into a clogging putty. Even large wood dust particles are not an issue thanks to different width dust channels. An improved resin system and latex impregnated paper results in flexibility and edgewear resistance. Ultimax Ligno was designed with Mirka’s dust free sanding technology to reduce exposure to wood dust, a significant occupational health risk.
